Each product has undergone strict quality testing.
If, when following the recommended experimental protocols, you find that a product's performance does not match the description on the Huabio website or in the datasheet, please contact us within 12 months of receiving the product. Huabio will promptly provide a replacement or refund.
If you have questions regarding product applications or datasheet content, we are happy to assist. However, for complaints related to uses outside the scope described in the datasheet, Huabio may provide technical support but cannot offer replacement or refund.
Please follow the storage and usage recommendations stated in the product datasheet to avoid issues caused by improper handling.
If your issue has not been properly resolved, please complete the complaint form in detail. We commit to responding within one business day. To ensure efficient resolution, please provide accurate information and reply promptly to our feedback. (Please note: if no response is received within 30 days, the complaint will be considered automatically closed. The warranty period will not be extended due to resubmission of a complaint.)
